LOS GATOS SARATOGA DISTRICT TEACHERS ASSOCIATION (DTA) represents nearly 200 educators including teachers, guidance counselors, psychologists, speech & language pathologists, and program specialists in the Los Gatos-Saratoga Union High School District. Affiliated with the 310,000 member California Teachers Association (CTA) and the 3 million-member National Education Association (NEA), DTA exists to represent its members with the goal of improving working conditions for all members to ensure quality public education for every child. DTA is the collective voice of Los Gatos-Saratoga Union High School District educators, and we believe that supporting our members is key to creating the best learning experiences for our students. Our dedication to excellence motivates us to advocate for policies and resources that enable our educators to provide high-quality instruction and foster student success.
