WHAT IS EXECUTIVE BOARD?

Executive Board (Exec Board) acts upon feedback and issues brought to the rep council by interfacing with site administrators and district office staff to solve and prevent contractual issues. Executive board members meet at least once per month and on an as needed basis as issues arise throughout the school year. The executive board also determines what articles in a contract will be bargained based on membership feedback.  Leading up to and during bargaining, the executive board checks in the with bargaining team regularly to provide direction to the bargaining team.

The executive board member term is two years with elections happening in the spring of each year.
